Weekday Consultations
Children 15 years and under, and adults 75 years and over will be bulk billed for most general practitioner consultations. All patients aged between 16 and 74 years (inclusive) will be privately billed.

The fees listed above are used as a guide, however as general practitioners are independent consulting medical professionals, in some circumstances they may charge additional fees on top of a standard billing consultation for more complex professional specialist services issues. Your GP will discuss this at the time of your consultation if an extra fee will apply.
Saturday Consultations
There is no bulk billing available, excluding routine childhood vaccinations.
Please note that, effective from 1st July 2025, the following fees will apply for all Saturday GP consultations:

Additional out-of-pocket fees apply for
- Consultation with allied health professionals and specialists
- Minor surgical procedures
- Contraceptive device insertion and removal
- IV Infusions
- Travel vaccination
- Wound care management
If you do not have Medicare, a full fee will be charged. You may be able to claim this through your private health fund.
All consulting GPs, allied health professionals and specialists operate their own medical business through the Madison Medical Practice Northbridge in a commercial agreement.
