Weekdays
Children 15 years and under, and adults 75 years and over will be bulk billed. Everyone between 16 and 74 years (inclusive) will be privately billed.

The fees listed above are used as a guide, however as General Practitioners are independent consulting medical professionals, in some circumstances they may charge additional fees on top of a standard billing consultation for more complex professional specialist services issues. Your GP will discuss that at the time of you consultation if an extra fee will be applied.
In the event that you do not have Medicare, the following fees are charged. You may be able to claim this fee with your Private Health Fund or Health care insurance provider.
Level B consultation (Standard): $95
Level C consultation (Long appointment): $160
Saturday
There is no bulk billing available unless it is routine childhood vaccination.
If you do not have Medicare, a full fee will be charged. You may be able to claim it through your private health fund.
Additional out-of-pocket fees apply for
- Consultation with allied health professionals and specialists
- Minor surgical procedures
- Contraceptive device insertion and removal
- IV Infusions
- Travel vaccination
- Wound care management
On Saturdays for 1pm-2pm and during other after hours consultations the following fees apply for new and existing privately charged non-medicare and medicare patients:
Level B consultation (Standard): $105
Level C consultation (Long appointment): $170
Level D consultation (Extended appointment): $230
All consulting GPs, allied health professionals and specialists operate their own medical business through the Madison Medical Practice Northbridge in a commercial agreement.
